Data and product status

How palummu handles your data — in the demo workspace and in your live account.

Demo workspace

Project edits and preferences in the demo workspace use browser storage. Some uploaded files use device-local IndexedDB. This is not a shared cloud workspace or a production backup service. Avoid using confidential customer information in the demo.

Production controls

Live accounts use authenticated sign-in, server-enforced project permissions, tenant isolation, secure file storage, backups and an auditable history of user and agent actions. These are implementation requirements, not current security certifications.

Billing

Subscriptions are processed securely by Stripe. palummu never sees or stores your card details. Seat licenses are tied to unique email addresses; see the Terms and Conditions for the license model and liability terms.

Public discovery and private projects

Only marketing and documentation pages belong in search results. Customer projects must be protected by server authorization; robots.txt and noindex are not access controls.
