Plans and pricing

palummu is paid software — no free plan. Every subscription starts with a 30-day free trial (payment details collected up front; cancel during the trial and you are never charged). Billing is annual only. Each seat is licensed to one person (unique email address): contributors can participate in assigned work, but cannot create their own project plans without their own license.

Professional — $60/user/year

For professionals and teams up to 10 users. One admin holds the card and onboards users; each user gets their own license.

Enterprise — $120/user/year

For organizations operating at scale. Unlimited seats, fully self-serve — no sales call required.

Terms and Conditions

Subscription

Subscriptions are billed annually, in advance, per licensed user. The 30-day free trial collects payment details up front; if you do not cancel during the trial, your subscription auto-bills into a 1-year term. Subscriptions auto-renew for successive 1-year terms unless you cancel at least 30 days before the renewal date.

Licenses and seats

Each seat is licensed to one person, identified by a unique email address. Seats may not be shared between people; reassignment to a different person is subject to our anti-abuse controls. The payer/admin account holds the card and onboards users. Contributors invited to a project may participate in assigned work but may not create their own project plans without their own license.

Liability shield

palummu is a planning and coordination tool — an enabler, not a substitute for doing the work. We do not guarantee project outcomes, delivery dates, or any time savings. Results depend on how the tool is used and on team adoption. To the maximum extent permitted by law, palummu is not liable for project outcomes, missed deadlines, or decisions made based on information in the product.

Fair use

You are responsible for the content you put into palummu. Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or disrupt the service for others. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, including systematic seat-sharing or misuse of the platform.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. You can manage your subscription, invoices and payment method at any time through the billing portal.
